Configure video meeting integration for virtual appointments.

Configure Twilio for sending SMS and voice campaigns to your clients.

Appointment Reminder Timing

Configure when appointment reminder emails are sent before virtual meetings.

Recommended: 10 minutes (to join early as host)

Recommended: 1-5 minutes

Requires Twilio to be configured. SMS will be sent to the provider's phone number.

Important:

  • The cron job runs every minute to check for reminders
  • Provider should join early to become the meeting host/moderator
  • Reminders are only sent once per appointment

Public Booking Access Control

Control what guests can see when accessing the booking system.

Allow guests to see and choose from all practitioners

Allow guests to see and choose from all profiles for a practitioner

Access Scenarios:

  • Both ON: Full browsing (users -> profiles -> booking)
  • Users ON, Profiles OFF: Show users, require direct profile links
  • Users OFF, Profiles ON: Show profiles (with user_id in URL)
  • Both OFF: Only profile-specific URLs work

Expense OCR Settings

Configure AI-powered receipt scanning with X.AI Grok Vision.

About OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

The OCR feature uses X.AI's Grok Vision API to automatically extract information from receipt images. This is optional - without an API key, expenses work with manual entry only.

No API key - manual expense entry only

Vision is cheaper for images; Files supports PDFs/DOCX/XLSX

Your API key is stored securely. Each API call to X.AI incurs costs on your account. Get your key from x.ai

Dashboard & Navigation
